CabTaxi didn't start as an idea for another booking app. It started with a simple observation: cab businesses were being asked to choose between outdated, disconnected software or handing their identity over to a big-name ride-hailing brand just to get decent technology. Neither option made sense for an operator who wanted to keep their business their own.
So we built a third option — a complete, cloud-based platform that gives cab, taxi, chauffeur, and fleet businesses the same level of technology as the industry giants, without asking them to give up their brand to get it.
What We Do
CabTaxi is a software provider, not a transport company. We don't run cars or manage drivers ourselves, we build and maintain the platform that lets your business do that better. Booking, dispatch, driver management, pricing, payments, reporting, support — all of it lives inside one system that you own and operate under your own name.
We work with businesses at every stage: a single-branch taxi firm just getting off the ground, a chauffeur company managing corporate accounts, an airport transfer business coordinating tight pickup windows, or a multi-location fleet running hundreds of trips a day across several cities. How We Think About the Software
A lot of what goes into CabTaxi comes directly from watching how cab businesses actually operate — not how a slide deck imagines they should. That's why the platform separates operating-level tools (booking, tracking, driver management, day-to-day dispatch) from management-level tools (multi-branch control, pricing strategy, analytics, accounting) — because the person dispatching a ride and the person reviewing weekly revenue need different things from the same system.
It's also why access control runs deep in the platform. A Company Admin sees the whole business. A Branch Admin sees their branch. User permissions can be customized down to individual modules. Subdomain access can restrict exactly who reaches what. None of this is an afterthought — it's core to how the software is built.
