CabTaxi is in the early commercial stage of its rollout. Rather than hiding that, the Founding Operator Programme is designed for a small number of UK operators that want direct access to the team while CabTaxi proves the platform in live operations.

The initial focus is independent UK taxi, private-hire and airport-transfer operators that can work closely with the CabTaxi team during onboarding and launch.
Founding Operators receive hands-on onboarding, configuration support, training and direct product feedback routes. CabTaxi receives something equally important: honest operational feedback from businesses using the software in real workflows.

- Ideal initial fleet profile: approximately 5-50 active drivers, though fit matters more than a rigid number.
- Assisted setup and configuration within agreed scope.
- Migration assistance where the source data and system make it practical.
- Dispatch and admin training before go-live.

- No obligation to provide a positive testimonial. A case study is requested only after genuine success and separate approval.
Commercial terms
Introductory Founding Operator terms are available on application and are confirmed in writing after a qualification call.
Where an approved introductory rate applies, it is documented in the commercial proposal with the price-protection period stated. CabTaxi does not use artificial countdowns or false scarcity.
